About HavenHomes

Our Mission

HavenHomes exists to give individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Nassau County a safe place to stabilize, the support to move forward, and a real path to permanent housing. We believe stable housing is the foundation for everything else — employment, health, and independence.

Our Approach

Each HavenHomes shelter is staffed with dedicated site managers, case managers, and social workers who work directly with residents from intake through move-out. We partner closely with Nassau County Department of Social Services and local organizations to coordinate benefits, employment services, and permanent housing placements.
